Welcome to the Buzzworthy Marketing Show. I can't believe that it is already the end of 2024 and we're staring down the barrel of 2025. It's even harder to believe that we recently passed the two-year anniversary of the Buzzworthy Marketing Show. Recently passed the two-year anniversary of the Buzzworthy Marketing Show. This year, we also surpassed the 100,000 download milestone and are poised to hit the 200,000 milestone in the next few months. This is all due to your support and I want to thank you on behalf of myself and my entire Buzzworthy family. It is because of you that I started this podcast and it is because of your support that I continue to find ways to bring you more value. And speaking of more value, we're launching season 10 on January 6th and with it, a few changes. The first is an updated name. Yes, I know we already updated the name about a year ago, but guess what? We want to get more precise with our focus and, with it, a name that reflects that direction.
Speaker 1:See up through the end of this season, the show has been targeted to pretty much any kind of business, but with the advent of AI and the overcrowded podcast landscape, we feel that we need to narrow our focus to talk about marketing business to business companies, with an emphasis on professional services and software with the service firms. This will allow us to dive deeper into any one subject which brings you more value. Now, this is not to say that if you don't own or work in a B2B company, that the show won't still bring you value. Now, this is not to say that if you don't own or work in a B2B company, that the show won't still bring you value. As you have seen, there are many parallels between the two types of businesses. It's just that my company primarily serves the needs of B2B firms, and so it's more natural for me to curate content that aligns with what we do best.
Speaker 1:Now, along with our new focus, I'm also committing to bringing more value with each episode, with downloadable content you can use to take action on the topics we cover. You will always be able to refer to the show notes for links to valuable assets we've been preparing for for season 10 and beyond. This commitment comes from wanting to be the source of actionable marketing insights.
